This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for services provided by SaaS GenZ LLP via the infrastructure platform MyStartup Online (mystartuponline.com).
Subscription Models: MyStartup Online charges merchants on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis for access to our e-commerce store-building software and integrated partner networks.
Cancellation Policy: Merchants can cancel their platform subscription at any time directly through their Admin Dashboard. Once canceled, the store will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which no further charges will be applied.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees paid to SaaS GenZ LLP are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months or unused platform features.
Platform Liability Shield: MyStartup Online is a software technology provider and not a retail merchant. We do not process, stock, or ship any physical goods sold by independent storefronts using our infrastructure.
Consumer Disputes: Any cancellation, return, or refund request regarding products purchased from an independent storefront hosted on our platform must be handled directly between the end customer and that specific storefront merchant.
Gateway Isolation: SaaS GenZ LLP does not manage, arbitrate, or hold liability for transaction refunds occurring on individual tenant stores. Merchants are required to establish and display their own separate return and refund guidelines for their buyers.
